I aim to reply within 48 hours. We will discuss your situation and agree on the date and time of your counselling session/s.

Cancellation Policy.
I would ask for one full working day notice for cancellations, however emergency situations will be taken into consideration.
Payment.
• Payment is required on the day of your face to face appointment or earlier (if you order a block of sessions). You can pay by cash, bank cards, EFTPOS or PayPal. Alternatively, I can provide you with my bank account details.
• For telephone or online sessions – payment is required before the counselling session/s. You can pay by bank cards via Square or PayPal payment systems. Alternatively, I can provide you with my bank account details.
To pay via PayPal payment system, you will need to choose the correct type of counselling session and amount of money from the dropdown menu. After clicking on the option, you can pay by a bank card, PayPal balance or transfer the money from your bank account.
To pay via Square payment system, you will need to choose the correct type of counselling session and amount of money from the options below. After clicking on the box 'Pay now' below the correct option, you can pay by a bank card. You will need to enter your email, phone number, full name and bank card details. When entering your phone number, click on the drop box +1, and select Australia, which changes the country code to +61. Then enter your mobile or landline number, leaving out the initial ‘0’. When filling in the 'ZIP' box, please enter your regular post code.
